• Add the Troop 555 Google calendar to your own Google calendar (and set event reminders in the calendar or send them to your email or cell phone): 

1. Go to your Google calendar
2. In the Other Calendars section on the left, click Add > Add by URL
3. In the URL field, paste the following: http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/p81u3ippca85r6l44s54rgc5dc%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
4. Click Add to Calendar
5. To add a reminder for any event, click on the event and then click Add a Reminder (select Email to send the reminder to your email address or SMS to send it to your cell phone) and then click Save.
   

• Add the Troop 555 Google calendar to your Microsoft Outlook calendar:

1. On your Microsoft Outlook calendar, click Tools > Account Settings
2. Click the Internet Calendars tab.
3. Click New.
4. In the URL field, paste the following: http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/p81u3ippca85r6l44s54rgc5dc%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
5. Click Add.
6. In the Folder Name field, enter Scout Troop 555 Indiana.
7. Click the checkbox in the Update Limit section.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Close. (You should see the troop calendar appear in Outlook under Other Calendars on the left.)
10. By default, the calendars are displayed side by side. To see them overlaid, right click on the Calendar tab and select View in Overlay Mode.
